Ms. Jan Cloeter

Ms. Jan Cloeter has a strong background in Lutheran education. She attended the Lutheran elementary school where her father was administrator and then continued her studies at Los Angeles Lutheran High School. She received her B.S. in education with an emphasis on geography from Concordia University Nebraska and her M.A. in elementary education from California State University at Northridge.
Outside of the classroom, Ms. Cloeter enjoys traveling within the U.S. and abroad. She finds her vast experiences enliven her teaching as she shares first hand experiences with the students.
One of Ms. Cloeter’s favorite scripture verses is from Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.“
