Mrs. Emily Maki is in her first year of teaching at Christ’s Greenfield. She was born in the northeast suburbs of Detroit in a town called Clinton Township, Michigan. In May of 2009, she graduated from Concordia University Chicago in River Forest, Illinois magna cum laude with her B.A. in Elementary Education and a minor in Religion.
She and her husband, Steven, were married in late May of 2009. They are expecting their first child in April of 2010.
