Mrs. Gail Schmidt

Mrs. Schmidt came to Christ's Greenfield to teach in 2000. She is a native of northeastern Ohio, and graduated from Concordia University-Chicago. Gail and her husband Wayne have two daughters.
Mrs. Schmidt began her teaching career at Bethany Lutheran in Hollywood, California. She taught at schools in California, Michigan, and Illinois before coming to Christ's Greenfield Lutheran School. She has enjoyed teaching preschool through fourth grade, P.E. classes, and coaching after school sports. Gail says, "It is such a joy to teach first grade. I love teaching children how to read, and I really love to sing, pray, and praise the Lord with them. God has blessed our staff here with a wonderful church and school family. I am blessed to be a part of God's ministry here." Mrs. Schmidt's favorite Bible verse is: "Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are Mine!" Isaiah 43:1
