The teachers at Christ's Greenfield are Godly men and women, firm in their faith, having dedicated their lives to the service of their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ through the teaching ministry. Christ's Greenfield Lutheran School's elementary and middle school teachers are graduates of one of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod's universities.
Faculty members are encouraged to continue their education through participating in workshops, inservice training, and pursuing advanced degrees.
